The Office of the University Research Development held its first research proposal colloquium for the year 2023 at the TSU Main AVR last April 18, 2023.
Eighteen (18) faculty and staff members from different colleges presented their research proposals in an effort to highlight how their researches will be beneficial in societal development. Moreover, presenters also emphasized the importance of their proposals in expanding the university’s horizon in terms of collaboration
with research institutes and funding agencies. The University Research Evaluation Committee (UREC), consisting of Dr. Murphy P. Mohammed, Dr. Robert V. Marcos, Dr. Wilmark J. Ramos, Dr. Lea B. Milan, Dr. Rita E. Pulmano, Dr. Marie Paz H. Angeles, were joined by Dr. Maria Elena D. David and Dr. Alvincent E. Danganan in evaluating the researches.
The said colloquium is consistent with the achievement of the office's and university's mission, which is to generate high-end researches, quality researchers, and outputs that will benefit the university and the community.
